This more advanced exploration is for those who have already watched Part I, and/or those who can maintain Breath of Fire at a slow pace for at least 2 minutes without getting dizzy or light-headed. Deepen your practice and shed external distractions to find your calm, collected center.
*This video contains specialized breathing techniques. If you are new to pranayama, take it slow and at your own pace. If you get dizzy or light-headed, switch to slow deep breaths. Don’t force anything or try to push yourself beyond your capacity. You will slowly build breath capacity over time. Listen to your body and trust that you know what is right for you. Dizziness doesn’t equal enlightenment! Practice responsibly.
