Be Your Own Guru.

In the journey of life, we connect with community, learn from each other, explore together, and support one another.

We're all in this together, and yet we all walk alone. Your path is your own, and it blossoms underfoot with every step you take.

The connections and communities we make are a vital part of the self-teaching & self-healing processes. Loved ones, respected peers, and random strangers become facilitators of self-discovery. As we share observations and insights with one another, we remind each other of truths known deep inside, simply forgotten.

Ditch the script, and follow your personal adventure into self-trust and inner knowing. You’ll meet some beautiful friends along the way.

About the Founder

A Note From Somewhere on my Journey:

I’m passionate about empowering people to live their best lives. Yoga, meditation, and energy work have changed or maybe even saved my life. So, I hold deep love and respect for their transformative power. Through community learning, shared knowledge, and an equal exchange of ideas, I want to help others recognize that they are their own greatest teacher (guru). We are all teachers. We are all students.

I love to combine techniques and insights from a variety of lineages to arrive at what feels right in each moment. My training in hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga, power vinyasa, kundalini yoga, and yin yoga offers a steady stream of inspiration. As a 500RYT and YACEP Yoga Alliance instructor with over 800 hours of formal yoga training, I’m grateful to have so much to draw from. This yogic path is never boring!

I’m also a Reiki Master Teacher and intuitive healer certified in Usui Reiki, New Paradigm MDT, and Akashic Records readings. Energy work and study is at the very core of who I am, and it has deeply influenced my belief that every person is their own teacher and healer.

I’m so excited about your journey. It’s beautiful to see the way life unfolds in so many unique ways. I hope to share and learn much with/from you.

Be Well,
