Get happy hips by showing them some love! The hips are the most complicated (and often under-appreciated) joints in our bodies. This 90-Minute Hip Opening Sequence has all the greatest hits to open the hips at every angle. With extensive deep stretch strap work followed by yin hip openers, we’ll spend the entire class on the floor. All levels.
