Sivananda-Inspired Hatha Yoga (90 Min)

This 90-Minute practice is based on the Sivananda Yoga tradition. Class begins with pranayam & seated warmups, followed by Sun Salutation C. The magic happens when a series of chakra-balancing poses focus & channel your energy from crown to root. Expect longer holds from 8 to 30 breaths. All levels.
