Do you have questions about arm balance poses like Crow, Side Crow & Titibasana? They are a lot more accessible than you might think! Although these poses so require a certain amount of strength (and flexibility), they are much more about finding the right balance point. In this 60-min mini workshop, we'll break down the elements of correct alignment and review common misalignments. You'll also have the chance to ask any questions you want. Leave class feeling much more confident and perhaps even nail one of these poses for the first time!
